During Q1 2024 office investment volumes in Romania reached only €15.8 mil., 4% below the previous quarter, and 66% below Q1 2023. Overall, in 2023 office investment volumes totaled €82.5 mil., approximately 90% below 2022. Continuing the trend of the previous quarter, prime office yields were stable during Q1 2024, at 7.75%.
