In the first quarter of 2025, two I&L transactions were successfully completed. A particularly noteworthy transaction completed in Q1 was the sale-and-leaseback of DSV Hub Senec, the Slovak headquarters and a key regional hub for DSV Logistics. This deal was marked as the largest sale-and-leaseback transaction since 2018, valued at over 65 million €.
