Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.2 million sqm by the end of the first quarter of 2025. In Q1 2025, a retail gallery in Nové Zámky was completed, adding ca. 4,500 sqm of retail space to the market. Currently, one retail park is under construction in Košice.
